The fabrics, the colors, the textures. It's all goodness. What I've never cared for is the cutting. Being precise is so essential and there are so many possibilities of screwing up with slippery rulers, a dull rotary blade, a nick in the cutting mat, hot weather. OK, well maybe not hot weather but it sure isn't fun to be cutting out a quilt on a hot day with no AC. But I digress.
I don't like cutting. I just want to be sewing and quilting. So when I went to a major quilt show a few weeks ago in Nashville I decided to make (another) major purchase to speed me along in my quilt making.
Here it is in all its glory. The Accucut Grandemark. More about it's positive effect on my happiness in future posts! In the mean time you can check it out at Accucut Quilt
